1. We Started at 5:30 AM from my home at Kukatpally and reached the Jala Hanuman Mandir
(Pedda Chintakunta) at 6:45 AM.
Jala Hanuman Mandir (Pedda Chintakunta ):
We have added this spot specially to have halt in the morning.
It said that the area was full of drought before the temple was started.when the villagers planned and started the work to built the temple, after digging the area just 2 feets, the water flowed out and surrounding areas water level increased immensely. now we can see small well where we find the water 365 days just with in 1 feet height.
Things to Know: Small Temple, Take a Halt and take care of any nature calls and rest for 5 minutes.Plenty of water available. Road condition is good.
2. We Started from Jala Hanuman Mandir (Pedda Chintakunta ) at 7:10 AM headed towards the
Edupayalu, we reached Edupayalu around 7:45 AM.
Edupayala Vana Durga Devi (Edupayalu):
Here we saw many people coming the villages and offers chicken/Sheep/Goat to the durga devi.
temple is surrounded by small water streams. weather was nice.We can take bath and also many people were cooking around. Road condition was good.. around 5 kms near to temple road restoration is going on.
Things to Know: Temple is surrounded by water streams. we can take bathe also. We can spend 30 min-1 hour time. Area is surrounded by thin forest.
3.Medak Church (Medak)
We started at 8:00 AM from Edupayalu and reach the Medak Church at 8:30 AM and just walked over the Church and had took few photos and came out for break fast.
We had Break Fast at Hotel Chandralok Bhavan Opp of Bus Station and Next to Church it self.
They had AC and Non AC serving sections. both hopsitality was Okay and Food is great than expected. Worth it.
Things to Know: Every one is allowed in to the church, some people around will try to talk ask you to remove KumKum etc.. don't bother with them just go watch and come out.
Road is Nice .. No traffic.
4. Khilla Ramalayam (Dichpally) : We Started from Medak after having break fast at 09:10 AM and reached the Ramalayam at Dichapally at 10:45 AM. Temple is on small hill around 40-50 Steps above. Architecture is nice and Temple priest is also nice person. He performed pooja and aarti for all the devotees. After Darshan we came down and washed our faces at down there is a motor borewell.
Things to Know: Inside the Village and small roads to reach the destination from Highway to Temple. After few Kilometers of Medak, We entered in to excellent national highway 44 and it was excellent. We have to take Bypass to reach the Kanteshwar.. it will be of very less traffic. Temple closes by 12:00 PM and reopens at 3:00 PM around.
5. Kanteshwar Temple (Nizambad) : We Started around 10:45 AM from Dichpally and reached the Nilakanteshwar temple at Nizambad by 11:30 AM. We had darshan and took some photos.
Things to Know: Temple closes by 12:00 PM and reopens at 3:00 PM.
6. Sarangpur Hanuman Temple (Sarangapoor / Jankampet) : We reached the temple around 12:00 PM from Kanteshwar. The temple is nice and surrounded by Paddy fields and trees. This is a kind of ashram maintained by Swamijis.
After darshan we went to Lunch at Nizambad.
Things to Know: We have big children play areas with slides, see-saw and many other games, those are visible to children from temple and if you have children plan to spend time accordingly.
I Would suggest to visit this temple in return from Basara so that you can spend evening time here and children can play around.
7.Gnana Saraswathi Temple (Basara) , Vysya Gooha (Basara) and Godavari River (Basara):
We reached Basara at 3:00 PM and went to temple darshan directly and the rush was little much as it is was Sunday and followed by holiday on saturday. we completed our darshan in 1 hour and came out visited the Vysya gooha and then went to Godavari. There we had a boat ride and started back to home at 5:45 PM.
Things to Know: around 15 Kms of road is under restoration now apart from that road is excellent. we can park the car on the road sides after few feets of the temple entrance on normal days. Food is not great at here better to take from Nizambad.
